1. All Sales Are Final:
   Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:

   • The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.

   • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.

2. Shipping:

   • In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase.

   • Custom handmade boots will take 7-14 business days to complete. If you need your boots sooner, a $25 rush fee applies. Please inquire about this option at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Insurance:

   • We provide tracking information upon shipment.

   • Each package includes insurance to cover potential issues during transit.

   • If you experience any issues with receiving your package, please contact Carrier.

4. Rush Orders & Payment:
   If you require a rush on custom boots, the $25 rush fee guarantees faster production. The rush fee must be paid via Cash App(4437694611) or Apple Pay(4437694611) before the order is processed. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and to receive payment details.
